Here’s a great new video series I just filmed for Mission Cross Fit. Amazingly great gym in Mission Viejo, truly welcoming/family atmosphere. After working with them for several days filming and photographing the gym and getting to know a little bit about some of the members. I’m personally convinced that there is no better place for a solid work out. I’m truly not just saying that because they’re a client of mine.
