Mike asked me if I could recommend a great place to ask his girlfriend to marry him. Kawela bay was my answer for many reasons. It’s beautiful, it screams Hawaii, and I could hide in the jungle which comes right up and over the sand and still get some pics of him popping the question without them knowing I was there. My new favorite tripod- It can get really low to the ground
70-200 f/2.8 IS L with the 2X extender- This way I could be pretty far away and still get the shot without any problems.
5D Mk iii on silent shutter mode- With this thing on silent there’s no way they would hear the camera firing away.
We then had a great photo shoot with an incredible sunset near the end. Best one I’ve seen in a while.
